Ever noticed that certain foods make you bloated, windy and uncomfortable? Let’s talk FODMAPs and IBS.

FODMAP is an acronym for various fermentable carbohydrates (sugar molecules) found naturally in a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and milk products. These sugars (for example fructose and lactose) don’t harm us, but in sensitive people, they can trigger symptoms like bloating, cramping, wind, constipation or diarrhoea.
