Delivery Info

Our meals are delivered across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and many regional suburbs. Check your suburb in the postcode checker above to see if we deliver to you.
For delivery, we charge a flat rate of $15 per order (incl GST) to cover a portion of our costs. Deliveries are free for orders over $250.
Our minimum order size is just five meals.

Your meals will arrive frozen

All meals are cooked fresh, frozen and dispatched from the We Feed You kitchen to our specialist cold chain delivery partner. Meals will remain frozen in our insulated delivery boxes during transit. Meals are best stored frozen until ready to enjoy.  To learn more about our packaging click here.

Special Instructions:

 You must enter any special delivery instructions if you live in a secure block, have any instructions for the driver or have pets they should be aware of. Please be aware what is common sense to you may not be to the driver so please makes sure any instructions are easy to follow.

Delivery Updates:

You will receive a text message the night before your deliver with a tracking link. A smaller delivery window will be updated the morning of your delivery, once the driver has commenced their route. 
You will also receive text message updates on the day of your delivery to let you know when you are the next delivery and once your delivery has been completed. It is your responsibility to keep an eye out for these texts and secure your delivery once it has been made.

We Feed You works with specialist food delivery partners who deliver hundreds of thousands of meals all over Australia every week. In response to COVID-19 they have changed their delivery procedures to prevent unnecessary contact between customers and drivers, and customers and hand-held devices. Any deliveries that are received to hand, the drivers have been requested to put the box down and take a photo (ensuring the customers are not in the picture), or drivers are requested to sign an X themselves in the signature field, and type in the customer name while leaving a note that they have signed for the delivery.
