    Signing in is simpler and safer

    We've upgraded We Feed You customer accounts. If you've ordered with us before, nothing about your account, your orders or your details has changed — only the way you sign in.

    Before

    Email & password

    You created a password and had to remember it every time you signed in.

    Now

    No password needed

    You sign in with your email and a one-time code we send you via email — or with Shop Pay. Nothing to remember.

    Already a customer? Your account, your full order history and all your details are exactly as you left them. The only difference is you no longer need a password — just your email.

    Two easy ways to sign in

    With your email

    1Enter your email address.
    2We email you a 6-digit code.
    3Type the code in — and you're straight in.

    Best for: everyone. It's the simplest way, and there's no password to forget.

    With Shop Pay

    1Tap Sign in with Shop Pay.
    2Shop Pay texts a code to your mobile (or confirms it in the app).
    3Enter the code — and you're in.

    Best for: anyone who'd rather get their code by text than check email — and Shop Pay users.

    Not sure which to pick? Either works — both take you to the very same account. Choose email for a code to your inbox, or Shop Pay for a code by text to your mobile.

    Your questions, answered

    Do I need to create a new account?
    No. If you've ordered from us before, your account is already here — just sign in the new way with your email.
    I've forgotten my password
    You don't need one any more. Just enter your email and we'll send you a code to sign in.
    Is this secure?
    Yes. A one-time code sent to your own inbox or phone is more secure than a password, which can be guessed, reused or forgotten.
    My code didn't arrive
    If you asked for an emailed code, check your junk or spam folder and that you used the same email as your orders. If you're using Shop Pay, check your text messages. Either way you can request a new code — they can take a minute to arrive.
    Will I still get my We Feed Rewards Discounts?
    If you have joined the Rewards Program, you will continue to automatically get your discounts. Please ensure you are signed in for the discount to apply automatically at checkout. Sign up for We Feed Rewards here ›
