We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program Definitions, Terms and Conditions


Member is someone who joins the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program via and records one email address for all communications.

By joining the We Feed Rewards loyalty program the Members are subscribed to emails, newsletters, discounts, promotions, text messages and other offers. If a members unsubscribes at any time they will no longer remain part of the loyalty program.

Commencement Date is the date the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program commences being 01.01.2021

Rewards or other benefits may be given to Members as a result of their purchasing behaviour, incentives and/or promotions. This is at the sole discretion of We Feed You.

Multiple Accounts for one Member may be deleted if they are using the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program not for the purpose intended.

A valid purchase includes all meals purchases excluding gift cards. Any purchases which are cancelled will not be considered as a valid purchase.

Join Date the date a Member joined the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program.

Member Profile is the personal details of the Member.

We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program operated by We Feed You provides Members with discounts on meal purchases as outlined above and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms & Conditions as found on this website, may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of We Feed You.

Terms and Conditions

    1. Membership of the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
    2. To be part of the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program you must be subscribed to our Rewards mailing list where we will send occasional promotions. If you unsubscribe you will no longer be part of the We Feed Rewards program. 
    3. Members may only have one account to the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program and may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.
    4. We Feed You reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Loyalty Program without notice or reason and at its discretion.
    5. If a Member wishes to change their email address, they can log into their account at any time and make this change. Each Member should therefore only have one email address associated with their account at any given time.
    6. Rewards are only valid for online orders at and excludes any retail or other meal purchases
    7. By joining the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program, an individual consents to We Feed You contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers.
    8. The individual becomes a Member as at the Join Date.
    9. The individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up online and/or make their first online purchase
    10. Upon joining the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program, a new Member will be allocated discounts on their first two orders then on their third order join the Bronze level of Membership. Each order beyond the first order will be recorded and Members will automatically change tiers once they are eligible for the next tier.
    11. Any Members who were Members prior to the commencement date of the We Feed Rewards Loyalty Program (1 Jan 2021) will be allocated to a tier based on the number of orders for the twelve (12) month prior to the Commencement Date.
    12. Any Member who has not completed an order within the past twelve months may have their account deleted.
    13. We Feed You are not responsible for any technical malfunction or problems of any sort related to but not excluding networks, equipment, connections or traffic congestion on the internet or any site and issues.
    14. Your loyalty status expires if it is not utilised within 12 months of creating account.
    15. NDIS customers and other support agency customers (as agreed in writing, have meals included in their plan and have completed the relevant sign up process) are able to enjoy our Gold We Feed Rewards membership giving them 15% off all orders of 10 or more meals and 25% off 20 more more meals. These customers are not entitled to other discounts or promotions including the first and second order discounts.
