New Jamaican Chicken ⁠

This is the We Feed You take on a Caribbean Jerk Chicken, which is a popular street food traditionally full of onion and garlic, and cooked over an open flame or grill. Our Low FODMAP version draws on the other key flavours and uses our very own spice marinade bringing together a combination of spring onions (green portion only), green capsicum, lime juice, ginger and a hint of chilli.  The chicken breast is diced and marinated then roasted in the oven and finally mixed through a delicious and flavoursome lime brown rice.
The chicken and lime rice is served with roasted carrots and green beans. 
Whilst this can be enjoyed by everyone it is also suitable for anyone following a gluten free, low FODMAP and lactose and dairy free diet.
