General Information
General Delivery Information
Our meals are delivered across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and many regional suburbs. Check your suburb in the postcode checker above to see if we deliver to you. For delivery, we charge a flat rate of $15 per order (incl. GST) to cover a portion of our costs. Deliveries are free for orders over $250.Our minimum order size is just five meals.
Your meals will arrive frozen
All meals are cooked fresh, frozen and dispatched from the We Feed You kitchen to our specialist cold chain delivery partner. Meals will remain frozen in our insulated delivery boxes during transit. Meals are best stored frozen until ready to enjoy. To learn more about our packaging
Special Instructions:
You must enter any special delivery instructions if you live in a secure block, if you do or do not specially want the driver to buzz your apartment, have any instructions for the driver or have pets they should be aware of. Please be aware what is common sense to you may not be to the driver so please make sure any instructions are easy to follow. If you have a specific reasonable place you want the delivery left, please send a photo and we can add it for the driver to see.
If you want an overnight delivery please leave relevant instructions to ensure your order remains secure. We cannot be responsible for stolen items when no instructions are left and the driver has left your order in a position which they believe is reasonable.
Please do not expect drivers to enter backyards, stair wells or lifts as this is a personal choice for each driver due to safety reasons and cannot be guaranteed for every delivery.
Delivery Updates:
You should receive a text message the night before your deliver with a tracking link. The delivery window should be updated, once the driver has commenced their route but on rare occasions this does not occur. We also cannot guarantee when this will occur as delivery routes commence at different times depending on the driver and the number of deliveries.
The link should update on the day of your delivery once the route has commenced. This should let you know when the driver is approaching and once your delivery has been completed. It is your responsibility to keep an eye out for these texts and secure your delivery once it has been made. We cannot guarantee the text will be immediate as network issues can occur.
Unfortunately, we are unable to nominate delivery times or an AM or PM window with our delivery partner.
