These are mini muffins packed with earthy goodness and flavour! They feature a base of egg, combined with diced bacon, mushrooms, onions and spinach. Finished with cream and Parmesan cheese for a creamy, salty depth of flavour. 

The mini muffins are baked to golden perfection. They are light yet hearty, making them an ideal snack or entree, lunchbox addition or accompaniment to salads or greens as a main meal. Also suitable for anyone following a Low FODMAP or gluten free diet.

These mini muffins have been endorsed by Coeliac Australia which provides confidence to individuals following a gluten free diet.

STORAGE: 


Upon delivery, place into freezer or fridge.

Freezer: Once opened, ensure muffins are placed into an airtight container for further freezer storage. Follow best before date on packaging. 

Fridge: Store in fridge in an air tight container and consume within 48 hours. 


HEATING: 

Microwave: From frozen, heat for approx. 60 seconds (time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave). Once heated, use a fork or knife to bring away from the casing before placing onto a plate. 

Oven: Heat oven to 150 degrees celcius. Place muffins onto an oven proof dish or rack, and heat until piping hot.
