This meal is the We Feed You take on a traditional Italian hunter style alla cacciatore which is often made with locally hunted chicken or rabbit. 

Our version uses chicken breast fillets which are diced and then baked in the oven until tender and served with a slow simmering tomato based sauce. This sauce is packed with flavour from the combination of capers, kalamata olives, oregano and dry white wine. It's a perfect warming autumn meal served with brown rice and broccoli. 

This meal is also suitable for anyone following a gluten free, lactose free or Low FODMAP diet. It is also part of our Diabetic Friendly range of meals.
