Healthy, Lactose Free Meals!

Lactose intolerance is a condition where lactase, an enzyme needed for proper metabolism of lactose, is not produced in sufficient quantities. Although it is not a true allergy, lactose intolerance can often be mistaken for milk allergy. Those with an intolerance can experience nausea, diarrhoea, gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort and cramps. Although many lactose intolerant adults can still have a small amount of lactose in their diet without severe symptoms.

For your enjoyment and peace of mind, We Feed You have developed this range of meals which are strictly lactose free. These meals are also all free from added dairy but please note we are not a dairy free kitchen. Learn more here >

Those requiring a low lactose diet will also be pleased to know that meals marked Low FODMAP are very low in lactose (less than 1g per serve) and suitable for the vast majority of people following a lactose free diet. Products containing dairy ingredients like yoghurt and cheese are not labelled lactose free, but will be minimal in lactose.
