Ever wondered what tofu could do for you? We love tofu at We Feed You! Tofu is quite the humble nutrition powerhouse; it contains all our essential proteins (the ones our body can’t make), it is also a plant source of iron as well as calcium and several other important nutrients.
 
We often hear that people aren’t sure how to cook tofu or they’ve tried and it hasn’t worked, well that’s where we come in! The tofu in our meals is prepared by our clever chefs and is always delicious; plenty of flavour packed into this valuable plant protein. Why not try it in our new ginger tofu and vermicelli noodles with red capsicum and bok choy?
