Here at We Feed You, we’re all about gut health. And the best way to support good gut health is not through pills and supplements – it’s through real food! Fruit, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains are where it’s at. We all know where to find them. But are there any packaged foods that are good for our gut?
