Satay Lemongrass Pork - Satay Without the Regret

There's a reason satay is one of the world's most loved flavours. That rich, nutty, gently spiced peanut sauce is pure comfort food. The trouble is, satay dishes so often come loaded with things that don't love you back- hidden gluten, dairy, high-FODMAP ingredients, and enough sodium to make your dietitian wince.

That's exactly why we created our Satay Lemongrass Pork. It's satay without the regret. 

What's in the Dish?

We start with lean Australian minced pork, seasoned with fragrant lemongrass and ginger, then pair it with carrot, zucchini, wholesome brown rice and crispy green beans. Everything is brought together in a rich, flavoursome peanut satay sauce built on freshly roasted peanut butter, creamy coconut milk and gluten free tamari - delivering all the depth you'd expect, without any of the ingredients you're trying to avoid.

Like all of our meals, it's made by hand in Australia from at least 90% Australian ingredients, including Australian pork.
