Dr CK Yao is a Senior Research Fellow & Dietitian at Monash University from the Monash FODMAP research team which is well known for their world class dietary feeding studies. CK and her team are working on a feeding trial to look at the impact of a new dietary treatment for patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).
Meal Development and Delivery: We Feed You is supplying meals to participants covering two diets with the distribution model enabling the study group to reach a wide range of participants.
Impact:
Comprehensive analysis of the data will be completed after the feeding study has finished.

Expected Publication Impact:
Results from this trial are hoping to provide evidence to support dietary management as an adjunct to conventional therapies for UC, influencing guidelines and patient recommendations.
