Our classic but healthy take on beef stroganoff. The beef is slow cooked with sweet paprika, mushrooms and capsicum. We substitute the sour cream traditionally used in this dish with natural yoghurt which still creates the wonderful creamy texture. This dish is not spicy, but has plenty of flavour. It can be served with pasta or on a bed of mashed potatoes, the finished with a sprinkle of parsley.
